Constructed from solid sterling silver, featuring a central Rutilated Quartz; silica containing needle-like inclusions of titanium dioxide. This particular stone also exhibits slight play-of-colour often observed in opals. Please note slight surface imperfections upon the stone.

The ring itself features a hammered texture fading into reticulation, a process involving the outer layer being purified, removing the copper content by heat and quench to allow for singular contrasts to form between the rarified outer, and pliable inner layers. Further highlighted through oxidation
